Meet the Coach and Founder

Guy Alton:
Guy discovered his love for running at an early age, and it has been a way of life ever since. He competed at a high level–excelling in track and XC both at the prep and collegiate levels–and continued to have a successful career post-collegiately on the track, roads, and trails.

As a coach, Guy has worked with athletes of all levels and abilities, including state champions, Boston Marathon qualifiers, and those aspiring to compete at the Olympic Trials.

With a degree in exercise physiology and a seventeen-year career in the running industry, Guy applies his knowledge and experience with a passion for coaching individuals who are driven and eager to learn and grow throughout their running journey. He strives to get to know his athletes on a personal level, building trust and connection. Most importantly, he encourages them to enjoy the process and embrace the journey along the way.

Guy currently resides in the running mecca of Boulder, Colorado, where you can often find him running the trails with his wife and two dogs.
